Municipal Yacht Basin
The Cambridge Municipal Yacht Basin is located on the beautiful Choptank River near the mouth of Cambridge Creek. With a maximum depth of 13 feet we are an ideal stop for boats large and small. Whether you are out for a day trip on a 20 feet boat or on a weekly excursion on a 200 feet luxury yacht, we can accommodate you during your stay in historic Cambridge, MD.

Pricing


Although many residents dock their boat at the yacht basin all year long, we also have several slips available for monthly or yearly rent. You will find our rates to be extremely competitive. Rates range from $205 to $560 per month for a 35 feet to 60 feet slip, respectively. We also have yearly rates starting at $1224 for a 35 feet slip up to $3366 for a 60 feet. Along with monthly and annual slips, the yacht basin also has a minimum of 30 transient slips available for those wishing to stay for a shorter period of time.

The daily rate is a flat fee of $1.50 per foot, with electric being extra ($5.00 for 30 amp; $10.00 for 50 amp), per night. We also offer a bargain weekly rate at $6.00 per foot per week, plus $25 for 30 amp service or $50 for 50 amp service. Amenities


During your stay at the yacht basin, you can take advantage of several amenities including clean shower and bathroom facilities, access to a washer and dryer, as well as free wireless internet. With our recently built fuel dock, we can also assist in providing you with competitive fuel rates as well as access to a new pump out station.

Hours


Municipal Yacht Basin Heron
Since customer service is a top priority of the yacht basin, our staff is available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the boating season (May 1st to October 31st) and from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the off season. However, if you should need assistance during non-business hours, the Dockmaster is on-call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
